Tom Ganley takes business approach to governing

Who do you want to represent your interests in Congress for the next two years? A career politician like Betty Sutton who will take a political approach to government? Or a businessman like Tom Ganley, who stated at the Akron Press Club yesterday that he will take a business approach to leading?

So far, Sutton's politics as usual approach has gotten us 10 percent unemployment, a massive run-up in the national debt unlike any seen in our country's history, a government takeover of our health care decisions and a divided and distrustful America.

Tom Ganley has never run for office before, and that's a good thing. He's devoted his life to building his car dealership network, creating more than 5,000 jobs in the process and generating millions of dollars in tax revenue for the communities he serves. He's advocating a cutback in federal spending (which is something Sutton seems to have no interest in doing) and wants to help undo some of the damage the present Congress and administration have done in the last two years.

What does Northeast Ohio need more than anything right now? JOBS.
Who has a lifetime of experience creating jobs and running a profitable business? GANLEY.
Who has a lifetime of experience running for office, collecting a fat government paycheck and spending other people's tax dollars? SUTTON.

In six days, we'll have the opportunity to take our pick of who we think is the best leader for Northeast Ohio.
